Three days of asana and pranayama practice, with the aim of developing awareness of body and mind. The Iyengar method is accessible to everyone and perfect for those who want to get into yoga for the first time. Ivengar yoga can be practiced at any age, as the best alignment and great stability can be achieved with the use of assistive devices. Simone Cannatella has been dedicated to yoga for nine years.

Since 2015 he has been studying at the Iyengar Yoga Centre in Rishikesh (India) under the guidance of Usha Devi.

He has participated in the RIMYI and travels to India regularly. He continues his training with experienced teachers and teaches at

his own school Palermo Sadhana USTICATOUR offers fully equipped holiday homes and flats for 2 to 8 people in the centre or also in a rural location, just outside the picturesque village. On request, accommodation can be arranged in hotels and on farms. Arrangements have been made with various traditional cafés and restaurants. Drei Tage Asana- und Pranayama-Praxis, mit dem Ziel, ein Bewusstsein für Körper und Geist zu entwickeln. Die Iyengar-Methode ist für jeden zugänglich und perfekt für diejenigen, die sich zum ersten Mal mit Yoga beschäftigen wollen.

Ivengar Yoga kann in jedem Alter praktiziert werden, da mit dem Einsatz von speziellen Hilfsmitteln die beste Ausrichtung und eine große Stabilität erreicht werden kann.

Simone Cannatella ist zertifizierter IYENGAR Yogalehrer, er hat sich seit neun Jahren dem Yoga verschrieben. Seit 2015 studiert er im Iyengar Yoga Zentrum in Rishikesh (Indien) unter der Leitung von Usha Devi. Er hat am RIMYI teilgenommen und reist regelmäßig nach Indien. Simone setzt seine Ausbildung bei erfahrenen Lehrern fort und unterrichtet in seiner Schule Palermo Sadhana.

USTICATOUR bietet voll ausgestattete Ferienhäuser und Appartements für 2 bis 8 Personen im Zentrum des malerischen Ortes oder auch ländlich gelegen, etwas außerhalb. Auf Wunsch können Unterkünfte in Hotels und auf Bauernhöfen vermittelt werden.

Mit verschiedenen traditionellen Cafés und Restaurants bestehen Arrangements. USTICATOUR bietet einen Roller- und E-Bike-Verleih und organisiert bei Interesse auch Bootstouren und geführte Touren über die Insel.

La forza della terra e la purezza dell’acqua si combinano per realizzare in Ustica un gioiello di rara bellezza, rendendola la cornice ideale per un’esperienza di immersione e di contatto profondo con noi stessi. Attraverso la pratica dello yoga e della meditazione, utilizzeremo il corpo, il respiro e il movimento  per favorire l’integrazione delle diverse sfere che ci compongono (corpo, emozione,  mente) e raggiungere un senso di maggiore interezza.
